Archways to Present at Launch of Social Investment Fund, NI

Archways has been invited to speak about our Mentoring for Achievement Programme (MAP) at the launch of the Social Investment Fund Early Intervention Transitions Support Programme.

The launch will take place on Wednesday 18th November in Ballynahinch Baptist Church and other speakers include Hugh McCaughey, Chief Executive of the South Eastern Trust and Martin McGuinness, Deputy First Minister in the Northern Ireland Executive.

Michael Logan, MAP Coordinator with Archways, will speak about the specific elements that make MAP an effective intervention and the difference the mentoring programme can make in the lives of young people.

In early 2015 the Mentoring for Achievement programme was chosen as one of three interventions to be rolled out as part of Social Investment Fund Early Intervention Transitions Programme.
