Overview

Archways was established in order to promote the use of evidence based programmes for children and families. As such we have a strong commitment to evaluation and research. Since Archways began we have been involved in a number of major research studies, aimed at building the Irish evidence base for the programmes we develop, promote and use.

We have conducted small-scale research in-house and have commissioned a number of RCT evaluations workign with both NUI, Maynooth (Incredible Years Ireland Study, ENRICH) and UCD, Dublin (Putting Families First: An Evaluation of the Functional Family Therapy Programme).

Archways also offers research support to other organisations, including workshops on common measurement tools, support with research design, and conducting research projects.
