Carol Fawsitt

Carol Fawsitt is a Partner in Hayes solicitors.  Carol established her own practice Fawsitt, Solicitors in 1987 specialising in Employment Law, Family Law, Personal and Commercial Litigation and Property Transactions.  Carol trained to practice in Collaborative Law in 2004, which is an innovative method of resolving family law disputes without recourse to the Courts save to obtain the required Court Orders on consent. Carol is a member of the Family Lawyers Association and is a founder member of the Dublin Practice Group of Collaborative Practitioners.

She merged her practice with Hayes solicitors in December 2006 which is one of the leading practices in healthcare in Ireland and she is Head of the Employment Law Department.  Carol has over 28 years extensive experience advising and representing both employees and employers, Companies, Trade Unions and Staff Associations on all contentious employment issues arising from the workplace.

Welcome to Archways

Archways is a national organisation working in collaboration with local and national agencies to promote and research evidence based programmes for children & young people. Archways provides a bridge between evidence based programmes and communities and supports the development of sustainable linked practices that build on existing strengths and resources. Archways was established in 2006. Initially the role of Archways was to promote the roll-out and evaluation of the Incredible Years programme in Ireland. Over the last number of years Archways have begun delivering and supporting other evidence based interventions including the Mentoring for Achievement Programme and Families First.
