The Blue Skies Initiative (ABC) consortium was brought together by Archways in 2013 and has made a successful application to the Area Based Initiative, a government funded programme designed to address area based disadvantage and promote children’s health and well being. The programme is funded by the Irish Government, through the Department of Children and Youth Affairs under the management of Tusla Child and Family Agency.
Blue Skies Initiative programmes are aimed at improving outcomes for children in the catchment area of North, South West Clondalkin and Adamstown. The consortium consists of key local and national stakeholders in the community, statutory, and voluntary sector.
The programme delivers a comprehensive service to all children and families in North and South West Clondalkin and Adamstown from pre-birth to age school aged children. These include
